Welcome to Oakbrook Civic Assoc

The Oakbrook Civic Association was incorporated in 1973 by developers John C Wiese, Larry Sleeth and John Graves under the business name of Weise and Sleeth Ent, Inc.  the property formerly belonged to the Kleinpeter family.  Originally, Oakbrook consisted of 44 lots and common properties.  Since then, 18 lots have been added with another 7 planned.  Currently, there are 62 residential lots.

The Oakbrook Civic Assoc Board of Directors consists of six property owners who are elected by a majority vote of residents each year.  It is the responsibility of the Directors to oversee the business of the Assoc as well as the Covenants and Restrictions and Bylaws.  Copies of these two documents can be located in this website.

Oakbrook is an official bird and wildlfe sanctuary, with community areas, ponds, lots of trees and outdoor space.  Neighbors regularly walk the paths and can be seen visiting on the street.
